What this Site is

This Site is informational and hosts a waitlist for the CRAVIT mobile app, which is currently in development. Joining the waitlist does not involve any purchase, does not guarantee you access to the app, and does not guarantee any specific launch date. Cravit LLC may change, delay, or discontinue the app at its discretion.

Intellectual property

The CRAVIT name, logo, and all branding, text, and design on this Site are the property of Cravit LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or fraudulent information through the waitlist form
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site in bulk
• Interfere with the Site’s normal operation or attempt unauthorized access
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

Disclaimer of warranties

This Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cravit LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
